In this position, you’ll complete traffic analyses and traffic designs. Your co-workers and clients will enjoy working with you as well as respect your well-organized approach. A great attitude will help fuel your success, and you’ll get your PE and PTOE registrations.

Here is what you will do:

Participate in new business development efforts
Ensure projects meet quality standards
Design traffic engineering plans
Write clear and effective technical reports
Develop and maintain good relationships internally and externally
Execute scope of services
Have a positive impact on the Arizona community we live, play and work in

Requirements

Here is what we would like you to bring to the table;

0-2 years experience with Traffic Engineering Analysis, Planning, and Design
Communication and interpersonal skills
AutoCAD and Microstation skills
Knowledge of Traffic Engineering software including HCS and Synchro
Structured, organized approach
EIT Registration
Willingness to learn new concepts
Teamwork Focus
Unpretentious Confidence
Ability to quickly change gears and adapt
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
